Orchid’s room was below ground level and there was only one small window at the very top of the wall opposite the door where she occasionally saw a pair of feet pace by. Already the thought of not having food for three days made her feel as though she were starving. She sat on the floor in the small patch of sunlight afforded by the window and meditated to take her mind off of it.

The Courage to Pursue Ch. 12Chapter Twelve Sora sat on the sofa across the room from where Rayn had been laid. For some reason Carpet from Aladdin was flying from one end of the room to the other, almost as if it were pacing. Sora didn't know what to do for Rayn. He had called Chet, but didn't have much hope that he would be able to do anything. The one they needed was Yen Sid and he could only be called from the lamp by Leslie's wand. Sora was just debating going back to fly her here when Chet came through the door.The Courage to Pursue Ch. 12
